Children Policy.
At our salon, we uphold a strict no-children policy to maintain a safe and professional environment, especially as we offer tattoo services. We prioritize the well-being and safety of our clients and adhere to industry standards to ensure a sterile and controlled setting for all procedures. By excluding children from our premises, we can provide our clients with uninterrupted moments of pampering and rejuvenation, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in their beauty treatments without distractions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy, as it allows us to prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of our valued clients.

Late Policy.
Anyone who is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule, and it will be considered a last minute cancellation. That much lost time will not allow the technician to complete the procedure properly. The time cannot be “made up” by rushing or omitting important steps. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate the appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival.

No Show Policy.
Because we reserve a time especially for you, we sincerely ask for at least 24 hours of advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 100% of your service fee. Last minute cancellations and "No Shows" leave spaces in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. If the guest fails to no show to their scheduled appointment, they will forfeit their booking fee and will be required to pay in full for any future appointments at the time of scheduling.

Booking Fee.
A non-refundable + non-transferable booking fee is required to reserve a specific date and time for your appointment:
$150 for permanent makeup services
$50 for any treatment lasting longer than 1 hour
This fee secures your appointment and will be applied toward your total on the day of your procedure.
If you need to reschedule for any reason, a new booking fee will be required to reserve a different date and time.
If a procedure is scheduled during your consultation, the booking fee will be collected at that time.
Remaining Balance:
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. We accept cash and all major credit cards.For Online Bookings:
For procedures longer than 1 hour, a credit card is required on file. Only the booking fee will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid at the appointment.
